What Doina does
The
Services.
There are three ways to work together: full-service design, procurement for a design that already exists, or a single consultation. Which one is right depends on how much you want to hand over — not on the size of the space.
Full-Service
Design
One relationship, start to finish.
The complete engagement, from the first conversation to the final styling. Whether it's an entire home, a single room, an outdoor space, or a new build before the walls go up — the process is the same. Every decision is made with intention, and none of it is left for you to manage.
Right for you if
"I want the whole thing handled,
properly, once."

FF&E &
Procurement
You have the design. You need the room.
For clients who arrive with drawings or a design already resolved and need a specialist to source, specify, and procure everything in it — trade access, below-retail pricing, and custom manufacturing coordination, all handled. Nothing enters the space without being in the schedule first.
- Full FF&E schedule for every item
- Trade vendor sourcing & below-retail pricing
- Custom manufacturing briefs for bespoke pieces
- Order placement, delivery & white-glove installation
Right for you if
"The design is done.
I need someone who knows how to buy."
Design
Intensive
Two hours. A clear direction.
A focused on-site session for clients with a sharp eye who want guidance, not a hand. Doina reviews the space, listens to what you want to feel inside it, and delivers a written brief with a curated sourcing list. You take it from there.
- Two-hour on-site consultation
- Written design brief within 48 hours
- Curated sourcing list
- One follow-up call
Right for you if
"I know what I like.
I need someone to tell me what I'm missing."
How it begins
Every engagement follows
the same four steps.
Conversation
A short call or studio visit. We talk about the space, how you want to live in it, and what isn't working now.
Proposal
A scope built around your project specifically — what it needs, not a package. This is also when investment is discussed.
Design
Concept, planning, and visualization, refined together until the direction is right — before a single object is bought.
Installation
Sourcing, procurement, and the final install — down to the last object placed on the last day.
"Every project is quoted individually, once we understand the scope. There is no rate card — because there is no standard project."
Finding the right fit
The right service
begins with knowing
where you are.
"I want to start fresh and not think about it again."
You're buying or renovating a home, or building from scratch, and want the whole process managed from concept through to the final lamp placed on the final table.
→ Full-Service Design
"One space has been wrong for years. I know which one."
A room, or the space just outside it, isn't working — and it's time to resolve it properly. The same process a full home receives, applied to what actually needs it.
→ Full-Service Design, scoped to one space
"The design exists. I need someone to execute it."
You have drawings, a designer's concept, or a clear vision, and need a specialist to translate it into a procurement schedule — or a short session to get unstuck.
→ FF&E & Procurement or Design Intensive
"Not sure which service is right? That is what the first conversation is for."
Every engagement begins the same way: fifteen minutes, a conversation about the space and what you want to feel inside it. No commitment, no presentation, no price list — just clarity on what happens next.
